We design lightweight tools and services to identify, engage, and further monetize your brand’s top customers. Check out our company overview for a deeper dive. Q: What is SCOPE? Why am I signing up for an initial SCOPE session? Great questions! SCOPE stands for Standard Community Operating Procedure for Engagement. The TL;DR is that your initial SCOPE session is a way to make sure that everyone at the company is on the same page when it comes to your customers and communication. That way, we're able to develop a holistic strategy and KPIs. Q: We have more than four people who work on the brand day-to-day - which ones should I enter in the onboarding form? Initially, we prioritize the managers / directors for social media, brand, marketing, and CX / customer success. If that's more than four people, we will schedule additional SCOPE calls for them :) Q: How come Junction works in 90-day cycles? Consistency, accountability, and reliability are imperative to developing a long-term relationship with your customers. 90-day cycles are a way to ensure that the brand and customers are mutually invested and engaged in the relationship that's being built. Q: We use something other than Stripe / Shopify for our e-commerce or Klaviyo / Mailchimp for our CRM - do you support other platforms? Right now, those are the four platforms we natively support.
